Office Manager - Junior Accountant

Office Manager duties:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Organization and accuracy of files and project binders
• Collects and processes timesheets
• Assembles weekly reporting for project tracking
• Assists with project material purchases
• Continuous prioritization of tasks at hand

Accounting duties:

• Process all project receipts
• Enter all bills and purchase orders for all projects
• Process subcontractor invoicing along with all necessary supporting documentation
• Vendor management – insurances, W9s, etc.
• Provide accurate project financial data to Senior accountant
• Workers Compensation reporting and audits
• Maintain company insurances and bonds
• Maintains accuracy of all entries to ensure proper reporting
• Meets or exceeds deadlines as provided by Upper Management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
