Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler/Shop Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly work, particularly in a manufacturing or shop-related environment. This role will involve assembling ground support equipment, performing quality checks, and assisting with various shop tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

- Assemble ground support equipment as trained

- Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy

- Perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly tasks

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing parts and supplies

-Assist with shipping when needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Always follow safety protocols and procedures

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in assembly work, preferably in a manufacturing or shop-related industry is a big plus

- Familiarity with hand and power tools

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges

- Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required
