E-Commerce Manager

This position oversees online activities for the company, to include marketing, advertising and web maintenance. This position is in charge of all aspects of web design and development, including marketing, with a goal of maximizing web traffic, conversion rates and user participation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works to ensure AFP’s brand message is properly communicated and consistently conveyed in voice, tone and style in the right media.
• Partners with external vendors to develop and execute successful Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies and campaigns.
• Manages scheduled brand-aligned email marketing campaigns.
• Develops reports for monitoring e-Commerce performance, trend data, and key indicators. Makes recommendations for action plans as needed.
• Ownership of site functionality for online purchasing, to include oversight of all digital communication and customer service requests transmitted through digital platforms.
• Oversees administrative work for product setup, email setup and social media administration as well as ensuring e-Commerce site accurately reflects company inventory.
• Oversees visual and informational presentations on all related websites.
• Ensures day-to-day operational reliability of web-based assets, platforms and programs, assist with resolving platform interruptions.
• Manages service providers and other third- party relationships that directly impact AFP’s digital tools and platforms.
• Collaborates with Operation Managers to develop a long-term roadmap and execution processes for e-Commerce, to include budget development, website redesign, email promotions and system and process enhancements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• 5 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing preferred.
