Delivery Specialist

We are currently looking for a professional CDL Truck Driver to join our team at Apollo (an Apex Water and Process Inc. company) and be based out of our Princeton, MN, facility! JOB SUMMARY:

The primary function of the Driver is to safely deliver Company’s products to customer sites, but customer service and warehouse duties are important aspects of this position, as well!

JOB DUTIES:

• Safely deliver product to customer docks and on-site tanks, using an electronic transfer pump to transfer chemicals used in industrial water treatment
• Occasionally assist with installation/service/maintenance at customer accounts
• Keep detailed and accurate records for Bills of Ladings
• Project professional image of the Company through positive attitude and punctual and reliable attendance
• Effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Keep vehicle in good operating condition and keep up with recommend maintenance as needed
• Perform drum and tote cleaning, inspection and recycling
• Assist with a variety of warehouse duties
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Be able to physically provide delivery, installation, and maintenance service at customer facilities within a wide range of environments
• Willingness and ability to follow federal, state and Company safety standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of a Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and without supervision and to effectively plan, organize and execute own schedule
• Ability to use a drum dolly and pallet jack to move 600-lb. drums and large totes off of and onto trucks
• Possession of basic knowledge of proper PPE required for products being transferred or moved and ability and willingness to wear required PPE
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability and willingness to attend Company’s required safety trainings
