Law firm seeks collector in Marietta location
Job Description
A successful candidate will be able to execute the following job duties:
Negotiate payment in full, settlements, or payment arrangements on high balance accounts
Maintain client files and court documents via our case management system
Work with debtors to ensure client deadlines are met
Comply with federal, state, and client collections guidelines and laws
A successful candidate will possess the following skillset:
Detail oriented with a passion for accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
5-7 years of experience working commercial and consumer collections
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
FDCPA Certification (preferred)

Marietta, GA
Schedule:
Full Time | Monday-Friday with flexible 8-hour work
Base Salary:
$41,600 annually + Commission Structure
