Our client is looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to join our team. The candidate must have experience working in the IT field, possess the ability to learn new technologies, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Primary duties are to work directly with customers, and Level 1 Technicians, to resolve all IT service tickets.
MUST have a customer-friendly attitude,
MUST possess EXCELLENT written/oral communication skills in English, and the ability to multi-task in this fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
MUST be hard-working, and customer-oriented.
As a Level 3 IT Technician, your primary responsibilities include remote support for workstations, servers, firewalls, routers, virtual environments, and communicating with the customer throughout the process. Additionally, you'll be involved in the decision-making process with regards to solutions we will use to support our clients.
The candidate must be able to perform a wide variety of IT support issues, ranging from desktop support to complex server, network, and virtualization issues.
Responsibilities include:
Required skills/experience:
- MUST HAVE SENIOR-LEVEL (L3) TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXPERIENCE
- They need to be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
- No sponsorship.
- Salary Range is between $90-$100K.

Responsibilities include:
- Act as the point of contact internally for ticket escalations
- Handle ticket escalations ranging from server support, network issues, and software installation
- Ability to set up, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server and related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve firewall, router, and other network-related issues
- Perform on-site installations/repairs as necessary
- Familiar with business-class network technologies such as TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, and QoS
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Server technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, O365 and SQL
- Deep understanding of virtualization technologies including VMWare/ESX and Hyper-V
Required skills/experience:
- Experience working in an MSP (Managed Cloud Services Provider) environment
- Ability to troubleshoot IT issues quickly and efficiently
- Be able to stay current with the ever-changing technology and IT solutions
- Ability to meet daily/weekly goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Enthusiastic positive attitude
- Self-motivation with strong initiative to succeed
- VMWare experience (Certification is a plus)
- Connectwise Manage & Connectwise Automate experience
- Veeam experience
- O365
- G-Suite
- Microsoft Certifications (i.e. MCSE, MCSA, etc.)
