CNC Machine Operator

We are currently seeking 2 skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operators (CNC Router) to join our team in our BRAND NEW manufacturing facility in Litchfield Park, AZ. Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Router machines (3 and 5 Axis) to perform precision machining of parts according to specifications
• Load and unload materials into machine
• Operates one or more machine tools to produce high quality parts in an efficient manner.
• Monitor the machine operation to ensure proper functioning and make any necessary adjustments to controls.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform daily/weekly routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the machines
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• 1st shift Monday- Friday , $25/hr + based on experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have 2+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC machinery (CNC Router or CNC Mill preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming is a plus
• Experience with Quality Inspections highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as required (75lbs)
