HireNow Staffing is currently seeking skilled and experienced Residential Roofers to join our team in King County and Pierce County, Washington. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of residential roofing systems. Weekend opportunities are available but not mandatory, providing flexibility for our team members.

Job Description:
Experience in residential roofing, carpentry, flashing, shingling, soffit, fasia, tear off, equipment sent up. Must have own hand tools and belt. Ownership of power tools is not required but highly encouraged; circular saw, reciprocating saw, multitool, blower (gas or electric). Must have reliable transportation to work between King & Pierce County.
The position follows standard production methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and replace roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, and metal roofing
Perform inspections to assess the condition of roofs and identify necessary repairs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Residential Roofer
Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
