Job Description

We are seeking attorney with over 3 years personal injury experience to work remotely for busy personal injury firm. Part time and flexible work hours. You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

Strong Personal Injury experience required
Conduct research to support legal proceedings
Draft and prepare court filings
Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes
Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal rules
Meet with clients and interview witnesses
Assist in depositions and court hearings

Qualifications:

Over 3 years personal injury experience
Good legal research skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented

Company Description

Must have personal injury experience - candidate will work in a high volume case management setting performing investigative research and interacting with various agencies in state.
