Job Description

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a VP, IT Audit to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $125,000 to $150,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and administer a 3-year rotational Internal Audit Plan
Report audit findings and conclusions to management.
Supervise audit staff on their assigned engagements.
Perform tests and review workpapers to satisfy Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Develop auditing program to offer comprehensive audit coverage within the organization.
Analyze risks associated with IT processes and assess the effectiveness of the internal control program.
Ensure that audit processes comply with company standards and resolve auditing and operational issues in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
10 years of accounting
5-10 years of information technology/industry experience, Big 4 preferred.
CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred.
Working knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
Demonstrates expertise in a variety of IT concepts, practices & procedures.

Experience:

Prioritizes and plans work activities, use time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
General computer skills; including use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong Communication skills, capable of representing and presenting all aspects of the business to investors and the senior leadership of the company.
