What You’ll Do:

The IT System Applications Engineer works with the IT Enterprise Development Manager, CTO and business stakeholders to Design, Architect, Develop and Implements Business process automation/integration and reporting. This position will be a data and backend expert for different applications and is integral in streamlining our Escrow/Title ecosystem allowing us to deliver efficiently. In addition, this role will continuously be introduced and trained on new Automation Technologies.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Works with the Business Users to Interpret and document Requirements.
• Design, Develop and Implement Web Applications, Integration/ETL Processes, Data Repositories, BI reports, and automation processes.
• Monitors application and tasks to ensure delivery of data and processes across systems.
• Using RPA, AI & Machine Learning to Automate repetitive processes and developing algorithms to predict Escrow/Title/Mortgage decisions.
• Deploys application releases and hotfixes.
• Work with Domo to create Dashboard reporting.
• Work with 3rd party vendors in resolving application issues.
• Provide after hour support for application as needed.
• Must be able to quickly establish credibility while working in new subject areas and with various areas of the business, “Quick learner”.
• Drive toward on-time, quality deliverables in a highly complex and dynamic business environment, while actively managing stakeholder expectations
• Articulate requirements to technical and non-technical teams in a variety of ways, including via ‘AS IS’ and ‘TO BE’ diagrams, business requirements, use cases, data samples, etc.
• Assist with investigation, troubleshooting, problem solving and resolving operational application functionality related incidents and providing third level support including root cause analysis, testing and documentation.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

What You Have:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Deep Microsoft Experience especially with .Net Framework, .Net MVC, Asp.Net, C# and server setup and monitoring.
• General Concepts: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Warehouse, Data Visualization, Business Intelligence.
• Excellent English communications skills, both written and oral, are an absolute requirement.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical language in a team environment.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Proven ability to act as a product functional and technical expert.
• Ability to work flexible hours and a willingness to work on a on call schedule, if required.

Your Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analyst field or a combination of related experience and education or industry related field.
• 2 years of experience with SoftPro Select 360 on-prem environment. Knowledge of Encompass loan origination system would be a plus.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Database (Table design, Query development and optimization, and administration), SSIS, and SSRS/Power BI reporting, Azure SQL is a plus.
• Strong Full-Stack Analytical & Troubleshooting skills.
• Experiences with REST API, Python, React, Angular, XML, JSON, JavaScript, Base64, and Azure environment is a Plus

Compensation: Inspire Home Loans intends to offer the selected candidate an annual pay rate in the range of $110,000k-$140,000k with the potential for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance and the Company's 401k plan.
