Job Description

Baed in Franklin, TN, Integra Software Systems, a rapidly expanding lending technology developer in the FinTech Industry, currently has a rewarding opportunity for a Business Development Representative.

Responsibilities:

Market, prospect, and build relationships in the banking and mortgage industry
Execute marketing campaigns via direct marketing and social media
Become proficient in expanding company prospect database and target marketing in Salesforce
Territory management by prioritizing key opportunities in each market and region
Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospective customers
Become knowledgeable with Integra technologies to educate prospective customers
Future career advancement possible

Qualifications:

Proactive and motivated with strong initiative
Ability to communicate effectively with banking executives, mortgage executives, and coworkers
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time and resources effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and social media, primarily LinkedIn
