Qualifications:

• Experience in construction or installation technician roles, particularly in the field of fireplaces.
• Ability to adapt to issues and form framework as needed
• Proficiency in installing and servicing electric and gas fireplace units.
• Willingness to become certified with the National Fireplace Institute and Florida Department of Agriculture (training materials provided).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for delivering and installing fireplace units.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
