Job Description
Salary: $100k yearly

Supply Chain Management Consulting, LLC is a leading consulting firm in the aviation & Aerospace Industry, specializing in optimizing supply chain optimization. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Facility manager to join our team. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement facility maintenance programs and schedules
  • Manage and coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols
  • Monitor and evaluate facility operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee facility security, including access control systems and surveillance cameras
  • Manage and collaborate with external service providers, contractors, and vendors
  • Prepare and manage facility budgets and expenses
  • Provide leadership and guidance to facility staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize facility efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance, repairs, and expenses
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management
  • Knowledge of facility management best practices and industry standards
  • Strong understanding of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple prioritizes and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in computer programs and facility management software
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations
  • Professional certification in facility management are a plus
