$120,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Review the financial status, credit history, and property valuations of applicants in Troy, MI to assess loan feasibility
• Ensure compliance of loan agreements with regulations and company policies specific to Troy, MI
• Provide clients in Troy, MI with guidance on loan options and terms tailored to their needs
• Assist clients in Troy, MI with completing loan applications and collecting necessary documentation
• Collaborate with underwriters, appraisers, and other professionals in Troy, MI to streamline the loan approval process
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in lending practices relevant to Troy, MI

• Must have previous experience working as a Loan Officer or in a similar role
• Deep understanding of lending procedures, regulations, and guidelines such as TILA and Fair Housing regulations is essential
• Proficiency in using accounting software and possessing 10-key typing skills is required
• Strong customer service abilities are necessary to establish and maintain client relationships effectively
