CAM Licensed Property Manager Position in Miami Area

Requirements

· CAM, ARM, or RMP designation preferred

· 5 years of experience in property management

· Proven ability to write and maintain policies and procedures

· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

· Maintain compliance with policies, regulations and codes

· Fluent English and Spanish

· Exceptional organizational and problem-solving

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Knowledgeable in fair housing laws and anti-discrimination legislation

Responsibilities:

· Manage, maintain and optimize all residential and commercial properties (400+ units)

· Ensure buildings and facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations

· Oversee operations, maintenance, marketing, leasing, resident relations and collections

· Direct personnel – 1 Assistant Manager, 1 Leasing Specialist, 1 Leasing Agent/Collections Specialist and 4 Maintenance Technicians

· Hire, train and develop personnel

· Contract and supervise vendors

· Be the team’s liaison with city officials, code compliance officers, legal entities and vendors, to include engineering firms

· Plan and oversee renovations, maintenance, repairs, and services

· Permit processing

· Manage and expedite building recertifications

· Enforce leases

· Investigate, address and resolve tenant grievances, complaints, violations

· Coordinate and carry out evictions

· Be accountable for risk management measures
