Special Needs Coach-Part Time

HOURLY RANGE: $14.00 to $20.00

SHIFT: School year 9AM to 3PM Monday-Thursday. Summer hours vary.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Serve TNT’s mission by building and fostering relationships in a fun, positive, and safe environment. Special Needs coaches create and/or implement age-appropriate activities to enhance skill development and achieve the desired skill objectives.

Special Needs coaches work specifically with athletes who require adaptations due to physical, intellectual, or behavioral needs. Skills that are taught are based on the child’s needs and goals.

Special Needs programming is scheduled year-round; Monday through Friday between 8:30a-6:00p. Programs consist of group-based classes or one-on-one coaching.

You may be asked to work alongside Para Educators/Teachers, Higher Education Professors, Students pursuing bachelors, masters, or doctorate degrees.
