Position: TECHINT Analyst
LCAT: Senior
Location: Reston, Va
Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with willingness to take CI poly
Education/experience requirements: 10+ years experience and master's degree OR 14+ years and bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• Experience in GEOINT analysis with ArcGIS and Imagery expertise.
• 10 years of professional experience working in in geophysical Technical Intelligence processing, exploiting, and/or analyzing data from multiple sources and development of systems that acquire the associated TECHINT data.
• Possess an advanced degree in a technical discipline OR an additional four years of related work experience.
• Significant recent experience in TECHINT analysis training/techniques/tools, producing TECHINT exploitation and signature reports, products, and databases, creating data products and support/develop associated systems

Responsibilities

• Develop, process, and evaluate TECHINT data
• Produce prototype TECHINT exploitation and signature reports, products and databases
• Support the development of associated systems which acquire TECHINT data including, but not limited to, seismic, acoustic, infrasound, very low frequency and extremely low frequency electromagnetic sources
• Participate in scientific panel reviews of ongoing and new technology developments pertaining to TECHINT capabilities

Other qualifications

• Experience in technically-derived data from multiple sources to include MASINT, IMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within or lead a team of peers, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to communicate highly technical analyses at a level comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government representatives.
• Expert knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
