About the role:  

The Inventory Fulfillment Specialist will fulfill and process orders, accept incoming shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Follows picking process to pick items from the shelves based on number, size, quantity, and quality requirements 
• Ensures that orders are accurate  
• Operates scanners so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accurately in RedSpot 
• Packs shipments to prevent transit damage and minimize dimensional charges. 
• Creates and applies accurate shipping labels to packages 

• Operates material handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed 
• Receives product into the warehouse and puts away on shelves as per the receiving process 
• Ensures warehouse goals are met 
• Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and working area. 
• Adheres to GMM Core Values 

• Performs other general warehouse duties as needed 

What we're looking for in you: 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Experience in inventory control, distribution and operational procedures 
• Experience using WMS system a plus  

• High school diploma or similar experience preferred. 
• Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting. 
• Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated ability to use MS Excel. (beginner to intermediate user) 
• Demonstrated attention to detail 
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 

• Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment 
• Shows initiative – regularly engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities 
• Strong ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment 

Compensation: $42,000-$47,000 with competitive benefits.
