Note that the position is listed as insurance sales because you do need your license, however this is NOT a sales/solicitor position, it is an office manager position that will quote current client addons, swap outs, additional lines and new business as needed. Responsibilities
- Foster strong trusting relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client satisfaction, retention and product loyalty.
- Process policy changes adding additional lines and service requests.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to account questions and queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Quotes and presents new business as needed.
- Oversees the agency and leads the agency team ensuring smooth and efficient operations and achievement of agency customer service goals.
Requirements
- A current Property and Casualty Insurance License is required for this position/Life license preferred but we will assist in obtaining a life license for the right candidate.
- Be a dependable, responsible leader that is able to work independently.
- Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
