TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST - RECRUITER

Zermount Inc. is seeking a motivated Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our Corporate and Recruiting team at Zermount. Our recruiting department produces quality work for staff for major government Cybersecurity and IT contracts. The Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter will participate in all stages of our recruiting process and will work in a fast-paced team environment and will be expected to deliver top-quality candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Source candidates on job boards and via social networking sites
- Assisting in building out internal candidate database
- Maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and conduct interviews
- Recruiting system data management, including data checking, updating, filing, etc.
- Help progress key recruiting initiatives like campus recruiting, new-hire onboarding, manager training, etc.
- Schedule training for hiring managers on hiring process and tools.
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of key sourcing tools while providing reports on sourcing activity and results.
- Track and report staffing and recruiting data/metrics including but not limited to contract headcount, EEO statistics, time to fill and cost per hire.
- Prepare all hiring data (Salary Caps, Job Openings, etc.) input in relevance to the staffing process to include.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in candidate identification and engagement at a Search firm or in a Corporate Recruiting function
- Experience with ATS systems; experience with candidate management systems
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Driven, hardworking, and able to take direction and multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and effectively present to corporate leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project).
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized.
Education
- Bachelor preferable but professional experience is Permitted.
Work Location
- Onsite; at Zermount Corporate Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia from 9:00AM to 5:00PM
