What you will be doing:
This role will serve as the companys programmatic platform lead, helping to grow our efforts to apply advanced data science techniques to programmatic advertising. We are looking for someone with advertising experience who also understands the AdTech ecosystem.
- Performing and managing DSP setup, campaign configuration, and monitoring
- Working with clients to understand data requirements and provide data and solutions to help solve their needs
- Planning, building, and managing the execution of digital advertising campaigns
- Supporting day-to-day tasks that arise in support client engagements
- Analyzing and understanding data trends and anomalies for advertising campaigns
- Coordinating with DSPs/vendors to ensure high quality outcomes for our clients
- Developing innovative advertising solutions that meet the technical and business needs of the customer
Experience you will need:
* 3-5 years of experience in AdTech/Digital Media
* Experience with Demand Side Platforms (DSP) is a must
* Experience with Real Time Bidding (RTB) is a must
- Bachelors degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, and Information Systems or related field is preferred) or equivalent experience in the AdTech field
- 3-5 years of experience working with digital marketing platforms, creative trafficking, campaigns in social media platforms, tag manager, and other analytics tools
- Strong technical knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem and the important players
- Understanding of and desire to optimize the performance of digital marketing platforms
- Must be comfortable working with client sensitive projects
- Current and deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem including RTB, DSP, DMP, SSP and dynamic ad-serving fundamentals
- Hands on experience working with multiple DSPs, DSP setup, campaign configuration, and monitoring
- Experience managing online advertising campaign setup, QA, and troubleshooting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with evaluating the performance of online advertising campaigns
- Positive attitude; enthusiastic about the success for our team and our customers
- Working knowledge of HTML, SQL scripting, JavaScript, and/or Python preferred
- Ability to create and manage data visualizations to communicate key ideas
- Willingness and aptitude for learning new skills and concepts quickly
- Ability to design solutions from incomplete requirements through collaborative refinement with teammates and stakeholders
- Inquisitive, conceptual thinker comfortable working on complex, cutting edge problems
- Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
