Live Teller Supervisor for Interactive Teller Machine Department
Welch State Bank, locally owned since 1923, is currently hiring an accurate and patient, person to lead and supervise our new Video Teller/Banker team. The Video Teller Manager is responsible for the supervision, coordination, employee development and performance of the Video Teller/Banker Team.
This position is responsible to mentor and coach employees while assisting employees with questions and problem resolution.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding people skills, have a sense of pride in a job well done, have regular and predictable attendance and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred experience:
• ITM experience
• 1+ Year in supervisory experience
• 4+ years financial institution experience working as a teller coordinator or managing the teller function
Monday - Friday 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM
Rotating Saturday 7:45 AM - 12:15 PM
