Dr. John Lupini has over 25 years of experience treating patients of all ages and has become the leading Orthodontist in the area for early interceptive treatment. Dr. Lupini caters to each patient with individualized care based on the complexity of their case. This results in exceptional care and exceptional results. Dr. Lupini is one of the only Orthodontists in the area open 5 days a week and has 2 locations Downriver to serve. He also offers Friday appointments. Dr. Lupini is the only Orthodontist who lives in the community he serves. He is proud of his reputation and proud of his community.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing/Patient Communications Specialist to join our team!
As a Marketing Communications Specialist on the team, you will be working across numerous platforms to present a cohesive company voice and message. This role supports and/or leads the development and execution of marketing programs and events, patient and internal communications initiatives, and production of marketing and sales materials. You will be implementing marketing strategies, tracking campaign objectives, and keeping up to date with marketing trends and competitor innovations. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a marketing role, has excellent communication skills, and can work well both independently and as part of a team.
As a Patient Communications Specialist on the team, you will function as the primary contact for patient collection communication. The candidate will handle all aspects of early pre-litigation collections. The best candidates will be self-motivated, team-oriented and eager to be a part of a rapidly growing business.

As a Patient Communications Specialist on the team, you will function as the primary contact for patient collection communication. The candidate will handle all aspects of early pre-litigation collections. The best candidates will be self-motivated, team-oriented and eager to be a part of a rapidly growing business.
This position will also include cross coverage training amongst various positions in the office. This will include, but not be limited to; front desk duties, insurance collections, billing, processing new start contracts, etc.
Responsibilities
- Work across numerous platforms, including social media, to fulfill the goals and objectives laid out for the marketing team
- Track marketing campaign progress and objectives
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Collaborate closely with others to ensure the message and vision of the company are being communicated properly
- Use prepared scripts with consumers to collect funds, set up payment plans, and respond to basic questions.
- Place phone calls to delinquent consumers.
- Help to resolve discrepancies, sort payments, small balances, and delinquent accounts.
- Accurately document all calls and consumer contacts.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and directives from supervisors/managers.
Qualifications
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media marketing
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- AI knowledge/experience ideal, but not required
