We're currently seeking a versatile individual to fill the role of Inside Sales and Scheduling Supervisor. If you're highly organized, task-oriented, and experienced in the service industry, we want you on our team.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and online leads, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Prepare accurate job estimates and skillfully close sales over the phone.
- Manage our handyman job schedule with precision, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with technicians to allocate resources effectively and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Conduct proactive follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain meticulous records by accurately entering information into our CRM and sales software.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management, office maintenance, and mail handling.
- Assist in payroll processing and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets, driving company growth and success.
- Ensure all leads and customers are being tracked accurately.
**Basic Qualifications and Experience:**
- Proven success in sales and customer service, preferably within the service industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong task orientation, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and various software platforms.
- Prior experience in dispatching and familiarity with Service Titan are advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
