Overview of Role:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work closely with the Director and Assistant Director in the following roles:.

• Front office support
• Support for childcare ratios, preparing curriculum materials and any other classroom needs
• Back-up wherever needed including the classroom
• School event planning and implementation
• Social media posts
• Inventory and ordering of classroom/center supplies
• Assists with opening or closing building

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience in Infant through 5y Child Care Center
• Must be able to build collaborative positive working relationship with teaching staff and families
• Ideal candidate is very detailed-oriented, task driven, and self-directed in completing work items
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
