CRM Marketing and Member Relations Intern

Anterix is seeking a summer intern to support market programs and member relationships directed at a large and growing partnership program of leading technology companies. The Anterix Active Ecosystem brings together a over 100 diverse technology innovators with a common goal of helping utilities modernize our nation's electric grid through advanced communications. Anterix offers wireless broadband spectrum and services to utilities so they can deploy advanced IoT communications networks that help them control and manage their grid operations as the industry goes through disruptive changes.
Job Description
The intern will be responsible for supporting and executing an overall positive and productive member experience for participants in the Anterix Active Ecosystem program (AAE). The intern will work with experienced personnel to build the support mechanism to manage and engage the ecosystem program member companies directly and at scale.
Duties Include
- Support member acquisition and on-boarding for new members
- Provide analysis and data entry to the AAE Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Coordinate and manage requirements and activities for ecosystem support tools.
- Help coordinate a transparent validation testing process.
- Support the AAE team in preparing for upcoming trade shows by working with AAE member companies to coordinate demonstrations and marketing activities.
- Identify program improvements that would increase member satisfaction, engagement, and/or improve support efficiency.
- Monitor and develop responses to member inquiries ensuring timely resolution. Track and manage all issues through to resolution.
- Monitor the customer satisfaction and key success metrics to measure and continually improve the program.
Skills and Requirements
We are seeking an intern with an interest in technology marketing who can contribute immediately to program success. They intern must be willing to work in office on designated days (nine days per month) and must equally deliver productive contributions when working remote.
- Strong work ethic demonstrated by solid record of academic achievement.
- Strong communications skills
- Technical background and comfort
- Comfort in interfacing with internal marketing and technical personnel
