Facility Operations Technician

This is an exciting opportunity for a Facility Operations Technician within the Additive Manufacturing (AM) industry in West Chester, OH. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a world class AM team in a company that offers stability and growth.

Responsibilities include the following:

*Ability to be flexible and deal with changing priorities

*Ability to work independently

* Ensure all mechanical/electrical equipment supporting the facility is maintained and functioning properly and make necessary repairs and/or perform maintenance.

* Perform basic facility repairs in, but not limited to, painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical

* Verification and documentation of proper operation of mechanical equipment like chillers, boilers, HVAC system, compressed air and gas systems, deionization system

* Manage and support the set up and breakdown of furniture and props for various events throughout the building

* Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures

* Operate and maintain powered and non-powered Industrial Trucks

* Good written and interpersonal communication skills, ability to read, interpret and apply information contained in written reports and work orders.

* Act as vendor/contractor liaison when performing scheduled services

* Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

* Drive and willingness to understand directions and learn quickly

* Must be dependable and reliable
