Shipping/ Receiving

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Shipping / Receiving for a company based in Oldsmar, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for performing an array of such as login inventory, final inspection, packaging, and shipping functions.

Pay Rate:

$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours:

Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Shipping/ Receiving Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive material into SAP inventory for all incoming shipments by verifying part number, purchase order, quantity, batch number, and revision level.
Unpack and examine incoming shipments, segregate damaged items, record shortages, and communicate discrepancies to the Buyer/Planner to resolve damages and shortages.
Process shipment documentation and inspect completed orders.
Operate FedEx and UPS software proficiently and other computer systems to receive and track inventory.
Maintains inventory accuracy by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Shipping/ Receiving Qualifications & Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of Shipping and Receiving experience in manufacturing.
Previous experience in electronic shipping software, such as ShippingEasy, ShipStation, and MS. Office.
In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
Analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to lift 50 pounds consistently (in-office lifting test provided).
