About The Covery Wellness Spa

The Covery Wellness Spa specializes in providing non-invasive therapies designed to enhance and optimize the health journeys of those in the communities we support.  The focus of The Covery Wellness Spa is to create a peaceful and tranquil environment where clients can escape from the stresses of daily life and focus on self-care. Whether it's through a relaxing salt sauna, a revitalizing facial, or a cryotherapy treatment, the goal is to help clients feel refreshed, renewed, and restored both physically and mentally. 

Pay: $30-35/hr

Status: Full time

Schedule: 40 hr work week, may include occasional weekends

Location: Lafayette, River Ranch area

Responsibilities:

·       Establish positive rapport with clients, fostering a friendly and comfortable environment while  delivering top-tier client care.
 

·       Administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections, along with other medical services and therapies.
 

·       Educate clients on the benefits of IV/IM therapy and additional services offered, working collaboratively to tailor treatments to individual health and wellness goals.
 

·       Assist with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, conducting tours, promoting membership packages, using the POS system to check out customers, and operating wellness equipment
 

·       Oversee and mentor other nurses or healthcare staff at the spa providing guidance as needed
 

·       Ensure that all nursing practices adhere to professional standards and regulations, implementing best practices
 

·       Inventory and maintain medical supplies as needed for the spa.
 

·       Promote membership plans, medical services and other Covery therapies based on client needs.
 

·       Maintain clear and accurate medical documentation in patients' EMR.
 

·       Collaborate with the studio team to achieve company objectives, fostering teamwork and efficiency.
 

·       Assist with off-site nursing events and community outreach programs.
 

·       Ensure the studio environment is safe and clean for members and guests.
 

·       Demonstrate a commitment to Covery’s vision, mission, and goals, embodying its values and culture.

Requirements

·       Active, unencumbered RN license

·       BLS (Basic Life Support) certification current

·       Have a minimum of two years’ experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)

·       Have a minimum of one year experience in administering IV/Injections

·       Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills

·        Previous leadership/management experience preferred

·        Excellent customer service skills

·        Passionate about providing excellent patient care

·        Exceptional multi-tasking skills

·        Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day

·        Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
