Austin Staffing, Inc. is now hiring Warehouse workers for our client with locations in North and South Austin. This is a long-term, temp to hire position with a stable employer. As a Warehouse worker, you will be responsible for materials in the Warehouse from Receiving through Shipping.
Responsibilities:
- Load/unload/stage shipments and deliveries for residential/commercial clients.
- Package finished products for shipping including but not limited to shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling.
- Communicate with the warehouse manager and operations manager to ensure daily tasks are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in inventory and quality control measures and complete all necessary paperwork/documentation per company standards.
- Attendance and punctuality are extremely important and will be a measure of moving from a temporary to permanent status.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, clean, casual warehouse environment.
Requirements:
- Solid work history in the Warehouse field.
- Reliability and punctuality with a “can do” attitude.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
