A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

In this Remote CSR position, you are the face and voice of our company. Using your exceptional communication skills, you make a lasting impression by listening intently and building rapport. You are clear and tactful as you offer system upgrade options and outline the estimating process for new and existing customers. With great attention to detail, you schedule appointments in a way that's convenient for clients and maximizes our technicians' time. Additionally, you perform other administrative duties as needed. You find great fulfillment in helping others and contributing to the company's success in a big way!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Comprehensive computer knowledge
• Service Titan knowledge is a plus not required
• Excellent organization

WORK SCHEDULE

This Customer Service Representative position is a part-time seasonal position with two different shifts. Season: (May-Aug)

Shift 1: Sunday 8:00am to 8:00 pm, Monday – Wednesday 6:00pm to 9:00pm. (21 hours)

Shift 2: Thursday – Friday 6:00pm to 9:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 8:00pm. (18 hours)
