Commercial Overhead Door Technician

Are you an experienced Commercial Overhead Door technician looking for a fresh challenge? Our Overhead door technician position might be perfect for you! You will be in charge of installing and servicing Overhead doors in commercial buildings, in addition to training other technicians. Our technicians work on renovations, new installations, and repairs, so every day is a little bit different.

You will interact with customers and represent our company every day in all of our service areas, so you need to be able to deliver excellent service. You must be proficient with power tools and have a fundamental knowledge of how electrical systems operate in order to perform this job. Apply right away if this sounds like a great opportunity.

Compensation- $60,000 - $80,000 plus Commissions and incentives

• Provide a complete evaluation and precise diagnosis of any issues with the current system, after which present the customer with their options
• Accurately measure openings for installation and site checks for bigger jobs
• Be on time for all appointments, and put forth your best effort to satisfy customers
• Utilize software to take notes, make quotes, and create invoices for customers
• Attend meetings, follow all company policies, and participate in decision-making

• Outstanding customer service abilities are required for this position
• Skills in communication, listening, and working well with others are a must
• High school diploma or GED required
• Good understanding with the wiring and connections used in electrical systems
• Must be able to use a measuring tape along with math and problem-solving skills
