Front Desk Agent/ Customer Service

JOB DESCRIPTION
FivePine has an opening for someone looking to be a part of a caring team of customer service professionals who love being around people!  We are a Trip Advisor Top in the Nation luxury lodge with award winning service and we are looking for someone who will thrive in a service minded, self-directed, empowered environment.

THE ENVIRONMENT
Located in Sisters, FivePine is a luxury lodge with 8 rooms and 36 cabins. Our team is dedicated to creating a relaxing and romantic environment for guests to come and enjoy some much needed time away from the stresses of daily life. We prioritize guest service, teamwork and personal responsibility to ensure that the work environment is a pleasant and rewarding one.  Hospitality skills are a requirement for this job, but more than that, we want to work with people who are in alignment with our philosophy and vision.

THE WORK
Daily responsibilities include guest registration, reservations, concierge services and other administrative tasks needed for smooth operations. Our front desk serves our guests at a nightly beer and wine reception, makes occasional deliveries, and handles light maintenance requests in the evenings. Computer skills, problem solving and professionalism are the foundations of the work; human connection is what takes us to the next level!

THE SCHEDULE
This is a year-round, full time position with varied shift times (7am-2:30pm, 10am-6:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm). Must have flexible availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays (required).

Requirements

• Some customer service experience preferred
• Loves interacting with people and creating a great experience for them
• Flexibility with shifts and scheduling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be able and willing to obtain an OLCC
