At Motto Mortgage IMG, we're not just growing; we're revolutionizing the mortgage lending process. We're searching for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our dynamic team. With us, it's not just about the loans you bring in - we provide you with direct appointments and leads from our established client base, setting you up for immediate origination opportunities.

We are proud partners with one of the top real estate teams in the area, and our in-house Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) are tasked with setting up appointments with potential customers directly to you. You'll work alongside our large team of dedicated real estate agents, providing seamless, efficient service to our clients.

We anticipate you to nurture your existing referral sources while maximizing the direct appointments and leads provided by our ISAs. With our strong network and streamlined processes, we're here to amplify your productivity significantly.

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based position with immediate origination opportunities
• We offer highly competitive commissions

$60,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Verifies that loans originated can be done according to available programs and investor guidelines.
• Reviews and analyzes all loan documentation received such as appraisals, loan applications, credit reports, income, assets, and title insurance.
• Checks ratios and verifies the accuracy of AUS findings and program applicability.
• Inputs loan file documentation accurately into necessary software programs.
• Reviews and Submits applications and conditions to the underwriter for approval.
• Orders third-party documentation and reports.
• Provides status updates to Mortgage Loan Officers.
• Identifies potential issues and communicates with the Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Monitors overall loan processing cycle time to ensure loan closes on time.
• Obtains and verifies clearance of all underwriting conditions and prepares the file for submission to closing.
• Regular and Reliable attendance is required as an essential function of this position.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Proven history of originating purchase loans.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to use video conferencing daily.
• A college degree is strongly preferred.
• Proficient technical skills (Microsoft or Google Suite, experience using a CRM to manage leads, etc.)
