Bartender

Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team at Battle Lab.  As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests by crafting exceptional drinks and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including beer, wine-based cocktails, concession fountain drinks 
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Stay informed about current beverage trends and be able to make recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a similar setting.
• Excellent knowledge of drink preparation techniques and recipes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to be cautiously aware of the effects drinking has on customers and address appropriately in the event of a situation.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years old to apply
• Must have RBS Certification and Food Handlers Card

Fridays - Sunday Shifts for now with intention to open up the week from Thursdays to Sundays, 5+ hours each shift. Tips paid out each shift.
