Bilingual Spanish/English Recruiter

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.

• Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and develop a comprehensive understanding of their business needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on recruitment progress and ensure alignment with their expectations.

• Job Posting and Advertising:

  • Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and utilize marketing techniques to increase visibility.

• Interview Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and clients after interviews and manage the offer negotiation process.

• Talent Pipeline Development:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Proactively identify potential candidates for upcoming client needs.
