Job Description
Pay Rate: $2,800.00 - $3,400.00 gross per week
Number of Positions: 1
Start Date: Ideal candidate can start as early as 05/13/2024. Will take candidates who can start before or after this date.
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 20-40 hours a week, Depending on availability
Additional Details:
Outpatient health center
- All applicants subject to a high level of security clearance
- Must be sensitive to the needs of the Native American Community, which includes culture, traditions, and background
- COVID Vaccination Required
- Must satisfactorily pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and background investigation
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred including 1 year residency
- Minimum 2 Years of Pharmacy Experience
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- CPR/BLS
LICENSURE REQUIREMENT
- Any State License Accepted
