A prestigious, fast-growing Commercial Plumbing Contractor is in need of an experienced Field Superintendent. This role will play a crucial role in overseeing plumbing projects, managing field operations, and ensuring successful project execution. Your leadership skills, plumbing expertise, and construction knowledge will be expected to deliver the top-notch results our company is known for.

The rapid growth of our company has created a demand for someone who can step in and immediately work on commercial projects. Five (5) plus years of experience in commercial plumbing, and new construction skills may qualify you for this position.

Essential Duties

• Complete all necessary plumbing work involved in commercial and institutional construction.
• Read and interpret prints and layouts
• Review the day’s production schedule
• Make sure to measure twice and cut once
• Provide on-site supervision and direction to plumbing crews
• Coordinate project schedules, materials, and resources
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Bring projects to completion, on time and within budget
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Ability to install piping and set fixtures.
• Manage all projects to meet the high-quality standards required by our company
• Maintain excellent relationships with owners and employees
• Ensure that strict safety standards are followed at all times

Essential Requirements

• Must hold a current Journeyman/Master’s Plumbing License in the State of Colorado
• Five (5) plus years of plumbing experience in a commercial setting and the ability to run crews
• Proven experience in commercial plumbing
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License
• Proven management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to lead a team of up to 25 people.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site in accordance with job site safety compliance regulations.
• Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
• Verifiable use of graphic instructions to include blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts, and other visual aids
• Demonstrated ability to manage both helpers and laborers effectively
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug screen
