Part-Time Nurse Practitioner - Functional Medicine Direct Primary Care

**Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time) with Certification/experience in Functional Medicine**

**Location:** Hybrid (Remote & On-site OR & WA)

This position will start in 2-3 months, allowing time for licensure if needed.

**Job Description:**
We seek a certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Functional Medicine to join our dynamic team. This part-time position is ideal for a forward-thinking professional passionate about holistic health and personalized patient care. You will play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and educating patients, leveraging both conventional medicine and integrative approaches to achieve optimal health outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough assessments, including patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests, to formulate effective treatment plans.- Implement functional medicine strategies to address the root causes of illness, incorporating nutrition, lifestyle, and other non-invasive treatments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide seamless and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records through our advanced virtual medical assistant platform.
- Engage in both virtual consultations and in-person visits, adhering to the highest standards of patient care and safety.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay abreast of advancements in functional medicine.

**Qualifications:**
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license and board certification in WA and OR
- Certified or significant training in Functional Medicine (e.g., IFM Certified Practitioner).
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably focusing on holistic and integrative medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to educate and motivate patients.
- Comfortable with technology, including virtual health platforms and electronic health records.

**Compensation:**
1 hour consults: $150

30 min follow-ups: $75

A 15% passive income of monthly monies collected - paid out to the provider monthly or quarterly for "your panel"

A 5% passive income stream to medical assistant/virtual assistant
