Job Description

Hourly, On-Scale Service Clerk positions

$19.50/hr - $29.30/hr, Hourly Extra Check eligible after meeting paid hours requirement

Assists Pharmacist in updating patient profiles and entering prescription information into the pharmacy computer to the extent allowable by State law. Preserves patient confidentiality.

Assist customers by answering phones, emails, providing price quotes, phoning/faxing prescribers for prescription information.

Provides prompt and courteous customer service.

Prepares third-party insurance claims, processes invoices, and makes accounting entries using computerized system.

Availability to work hours of operation 7:00AM to 7:30PM Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturday 8:00AM to 4:30PM

If hired, you will be required to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
