Job Summary:
· The MRO Data Analyst will work on improving *** database for maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) items like motors and bearings.
· This involves cleaning up data, removing duplicates, and filling in missing information.
Key responsibilities include:
· Finding and fixing inaccurate or incomplete data, often through internet research or using resources provided by suppliers and manufacturers.
· Sorting MRO items into different categories.
· Checking if MRO items already exist in our system, then updating data or making new records as needed.
· Using our tool "Integrity" to add new items, update items, and make changes.
· Meeting goals set by the Project Manager.
Deliverables:
· Up-to-date and accurate data in place of incorrect or missing information.
· Correct categorization of MRO items, and important details added.
· Data from old records included in our item details.
· Relevant extra data added to new and updated items.
· Items needing more research identified and noted.
· Weekly/monthly goals met as set by the Project Manager.
· This job needs someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
