Experienced in Rough & Finish Carpentry
Preserve the trust of our established clients from the past 50+ years of being in business
$25.00 - $35.00 Hourly
Commercial Carpentry Experience
Ability to Frame, hang, & finish drywall with a high level of quality
Ability to Install PLAM & HM doors, windows, acoustical ceilings, tub/shower conversions, stairs, etc.
Install custom cabinetry, built-ins, crown, cove, wainscoting, etc.
Exterior repairs, flooring install, etc.
Commercial and Residential projects
Flexibility to work on jobsites both in & out of town
Communicate honest, clear, and concise with employees, clients, and subcontractors
Willingness to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture
Complete daily field reports & interpret blueprints
At times, on-call response to emergency services such as water & fire mitigation, structural repair, & board ups, etc.
Willing/Available to Work Locally and Travel 50% Out-of-State, 1-3 weeks per trip approx.

Basic Qualifications

5+ Years of Commercial and/or Residential Construction experience
Available/Willing To Travel Out of State For Construction Projects
Current valid drivers' license and the ability to operate motor vehicles

Preferred Qualifications

3+ Years of experience with blueprints, drawings, and DFRs
3+ Years of material take-off experience
3+ Years of experience working in occupied spaces

Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements

Continuous lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
