Your new gig:

As a Plate Technician, you will be on your feet most of the day, using state-of-the-art equipment to produce, cut, package and ship Flexo printing plates to internal customers for five different plants. This fast-paced role requires high quality results and customer service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction with plate deliveries.

• Read and understand customer specifications to properly set up plate layout on platemaking software
• Transfer large sheets of photopolymer between processing machines
• Perform quality checks and complete required documentation
• Maintain record-keeping and inventory of supplies
• Operate a pallet jack and/or forklift to transport materials as needed

What you need to succeed:

• You are very detailed-oriented
• At least 1 year of operating industrial equipment or machines
• High school diploma required (Associate Degree preferred)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft programs with the ability to learn proprietary applications required to produce Flexo plates
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required
