Qualified Maintenance and Construction is a service company that handles retail commercial facility maintenance with its home office in McQueeney, Texas. We service New Braunfels, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and all surrounding areas. We take pride in our work and have been named vendor of the year by several of our customers. We are currently searching for a plumbing trade specialist in our home office located in McQueeney. This individual should possess excellent organizational skills and problem solving abilities.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Researching materials, equipment and labor costs for plumbing jobs.

• Gathering quotes from sub contractors and suppliers for plumbing jobs.

• Prepare detailed estimates, considering both time and materials, to accurately forecast job costs for plumbing jobs.

• Utilize company data and historical project information to analyze pricing trends and cost efficiencies.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements by evaluating competitive suppliers and alternative sourcing options.

• Serve as dispatch backup for plumbing department.

• Offer technical guidance and support to plumbers working on-site to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality workmanship.

—Must have extensive plumbing experience — Full time office position
