Qualifications:

• Administrator License: Current & Effective
• Proven ability to proficiently tackle issues, compose plans, structure, execute, interpret, and devise programs, goals, procedures, and policies essential for providing excellent care and maintaining a well-functioning environment.
• Prioritize maintaining favorable staff attitudes and positive relationships between coworkers to preserve a harmonious work environment.
• Strong human relationship skills, demonstrating proficiency in verbal and written interaction.
• Essential qualities for caring for the elderly: patience, tactfulness, enthusiasm, and optimism.
• Eligibility requirement: Individuals must be 18 years or older.
• Fluency in English: Speaking, writing, reading, and comprehension.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor the proper functioning of all departments and staff.
• Deliver appropriate nursing, medical, and psychological services to residents to enable them to achieve and maintain their best mental and physical functional capacity.
• Exercise supervision and control over managers of various departments in hiring, assessing, acquiring, steering, admonishing, and terminating employees to maintain a suitable and knowledgeable personnel workforce consistently.
• Examine monthly financial statements and adhere to provided budget by corporate office
• Support in the establishment and management of proper financial recording systems.
