Job Details:
We are looking for a candidate for an Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator position to join our in-house Team. Experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Will answer high volume inbound and outbound calls with the goal of scheduling appointments Public Adjusters.
- Manage calendars to ensure availability for both clients and public adjusters.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and new customers
- Analyzing, reviewing documents
- Copy, scan and print miscellaneous documents
- Filling documents
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, EMAIL
- Manage and track sensitive documents
- Update various office information binders and data
- File and maintain office systems up to date
- Assist in maintaining office appearances and order
- Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Complete daily tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Admin. Experience required
- Scheduling Experience required
- Bilingual
- Strong written and oral skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Attentive to details and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
- Strong organizational skills
- Driver’s License
