Job Title: Accounts Receivable Associate/Clerk
Department: Accounting

Role and Responsibilities:

Posting and reconcile cash daily
Email customers in regards to short paid invoices
Process credit card payments
Create and maintain updating customer accounts
Send credit inquires to banks and business references
Update and maintain customers sale tax exemptions
Create and maintain customer's sales concessions, price group, and trade agreement pricing
Process credit/bill for taxes
Emailing invoices on customers portals
Maintain miscellaneous non AR data sheet
Update invoices for shipping in order
Maintain scrap tickets, determine pricing, and create invoices

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

Basic understanding of accounting principles
Ability to calculate and manage accounting figures
Data Entry
Detail oriented

Microsoft Excel
AX Dynamics
Team Player

Physical Demands:

Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Must be able to proficiently use a telephone and computer
Must be able to stand, walk reach with hands and arms, kneel or crouch and stoop occasionally
Must be able to occasionally lift and/ or move up to 35 lbs

Hours:
Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
