Dental Assistant

We are an elite oral surgery practice in Northwest Indiana that is currently adding a periodontal surgical specialist to our practice.  We are seeking an exceptional and energetic surgical assistant.  The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills.  This is a 4-5 day position, no evenings or weekends.  Surgical experience is preferred; however, work ethic and attitude are more important than experience.

As a team member, your duties would include but are not limited to : cleaning and sterilizing equipment and instruments as needed, set up of surgical trays and room for surgery, taking x-rays, CT scans, TRIOS scans and photographs , assisting the surgeon with various oral surgical procedures as well as periodontal procedures , having exceptional communication skills, a commitment of caring for patients, and being an exceptional team member.
