We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Manager within our Supply Chain & Logistics Organization. The ideal candidate will lead across three key initiatives within Supply Chain and Logistics. The candidate will help lead across our supply chain organization in vendor performance & management, project management of key initiatives, as well as analytical analysis of unit costs related to supply chain.


The salary for this role is $70,000 - 90,000 annually; however, we consider several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.


What you will do:

Vendor Performance & Management:

  • Ensure key vendors supporting Rad Power Bikes meet and exceed performance expectations
  • Facilitation of regular performance discussions with vendors
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Utilization of company tools and reporting to support performance conversations with vendors
  • Review and audit performance in relation to contractual obligations


Project Management:

  • End-to-end project management of key initiative within the Supply Chain and Logistics organization
  • Partnership with various stakeholders in the company, including product development, digital, technology, customer service, legal and others as needed
  • Manage multiple initiatives at a time to ensure key deadlines, financial targets, and customer experience metrics are achieved.


Analytical Analysis:

  • Responsible for audit and compliance of vendor invoice process and performance
  • Partnership with finance and other teams to ensure understanding of SIOP and impact on Supply Chain and Logistics Organization.
  • Build and model out a unit cost analysis for all bikes, accessories and spare parts for Rad to determine true cost of a product life cycle.
  • Partner with technology and BI team to build comprehensive Supply Chain and Logistics Reporting within Tableau to help optimize the organization.


Requirements:

  • Experience in managing and leading third party vendors
  • Extensive project management skills and the ability to take an initiative from idea to execution
  • Strong analytical skills utilizing tools like Tableau, Excel, Netsuite and more
  • Experience working with Netsuite or other similar tools
  • Curiosity and Problem solving skills
  • Adaptability, able to lead and embrace change
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
